REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

At Instinctive Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality creative and strategy services. Since our work is service-based and customized for each client, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below:
1. Cancellations
- Project cancellations must be requested in writing via email to admin@instinctive.studio.
- If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, any advance payment (after deducting transaction charges, if applicable) may be refunded.
- If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date.
2. Refunds
- Payments once made are generally non-refundable due to the customized nature of our services.
- Refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Instinctive Studio.
- In the event of any duplicate or erroneous payment, refunds will be processed after verification.
3. Timelines
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method, subject to the policies of your bank/payment provider.
4. Disputes
For any billing or payment-related disputes, please contact us directly at admin@instinctive.studio. We will work with you and our payment provider (Razorpay) to resolve the issue promptly.
